How to send a replacement spot / materials using ‘Replacement for Spotgate Code field’ 

Please use ‘Replacement for Spotgate Code field’ on the order form, when you need to send new video materials to a spot that has already been sent to broadcasters. 

 

Please login to Spotgate and select: 

1. Click Library 

2. Select Assets 

3. Find the SG code that you would like to replace with the new material 

4. Select the SG from the top right hand corner 

5. Select More Actions 

6. Send to One Delivery > TV Channels

 

 

Pre-filled order form will appear. 

1. Please tick the box “I’ll be uploading or selecting from my Library or projects area”

 

2. Delete the video that you would like to replace by clicking the bin image

 

 

3. Click Upload now to upload a new video

4. Select TV stations by clicking Add destinations, select channels and click save (Please note that you can't replace a Total TV spot with a video only spot)

5. Generate new Spotgate Code by pressing Auto 

6. Type in the old Spotgate code in the field 'Replacement for Spotgate Code' (the one that you are replacing)

 

7. Click Proceed to payment and complete the order 

8. Confirm your delivery details and click continue 

This new spot will be sent to the broadcasters and it will replace the materials previously sent.
