Login to Spotgate system and proceed as follows:
- Delivery /TV & IPTV
- New order
- Choose the Market = “Finland Spotgate”
- Tick in the box = if you upload from your computer
- Don’t tick the box = type in email address, if you would like to send an upload link to yourself or your colleague
- Continue
Fill in all the fields marked with (*) asterisk:
- Spot type = select the correct one from the drop down menu
- Upload now = upload from your computer
- Search Media = upload from Spotgate-library or projects (previously sent spots)
- Add destinations = choose TV channels you want to deliver to
- Total TV Destinations = Choose for TV and Online deliveries, this options includes both
- Online Destinations (Video Only) = Choose this if you are only delivering to Online destination
- Choose all the channels by ticking the boxes and click “save”
- Advertiser = brand
- Product = product you are advertising
- Title = title for the spot
- Duration = (in full seconds, for example 5, 10 15 )
- First Air Date = type in the air date if you know it, if not use today’s date
- Music content = choose the correct option from the drop down menu and fill in rest of the required music fields
- Spotgate code = click, Auto-button and generate a code
- Proceed to Payment = on the bottom right of the page
- Confirm your Delivery Options = ‘Continue’
- Confirm your Delivery Options / Job Number -PO Number = for your own references, these can be left empty
- Place my order
- Your order is will be QC’d next
- Choose: Delivery/Media Manager and find out if the QC was successful and press “Submit now” if “Auto-submit” option was not selected when filling in order details.
Delivery/TV & IPTV
- Order should appear in “In Progress” tab and move to completed once through the delivery process
Check the order:
- Proceed to > Delivery > Media Manager. You will find your order in the Media Manager if it hasn’t been sent/ passed the QC or needs to be submitted (Submit Now).

Copying clock details
Duplicate this clock= copies the information entered to a new form
Using this function is handy if you want to send multiple spots to the same destination with different clock numbers.
Save and Exit (top left) = you can save the order as a draft and continue later. Order will be saved in drafts on the startup page. You can edit the draft and complete the order by selecting:
- Delivery /TV & IPTV
- Drafts
- Edit
